OverviewStryten Energy, a new company name with a long history in Lancaster County, operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township. We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base. To provide and assist shipping/warehouse supervisor in maintaining accurate inventories. Monitor both inbound/outbound schedules through transportation system.Pay rate is $23.45 per hour.Responsibilities--- Perform and maintain cycle counts and adhere to schedules.--- Monitor warehouse inventory and added items as requested. --- Verify incoming raw materials. - Includes weighing materials--- Follow up on both inbound/outbound shipments through TMS systems--- Direct the activities of the department employees, along with scheduling transportation when Supervisor is not there. --- Hook up material drivers as needed.--- Provide as the back up to the shipping supervisor as needed--- Adhere and maintain cleaning inspection as directed. --- Back up to shipper/receiver only as requested by supervisor. --- Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary.QualificationsEducation, Experience, Certifications--- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.--- Inventory Control experience preferred--- Shipping/Warehouse Experience preferred--- Forklift certified preferredCompetencies, Skills, Knowledge--- Ability to work independently.--- Capable of handling multiple priorities.--- Excellent communication skills, including telephone and email skills for internal and external communication--- Computer skills such as Word, Excel and JDE--- Must be detailed orientedPHYSICAL DEMANDS--- Physical Requirements as defined in the associated job analysis.ENVIRONMENT--- Extreme heat or cold depending on season--- PPETRAVEL--- NoneEEO StatementStryten Energy is an equal opportunity employer where an applicant's qualifications are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other basis prohibited by law.About StatementStryten Energy helps solve the world's most pressing energy challenges with a broad range of energy storage solutions across the Essential Power, Motive Power, Transportation, Military and Government sectors.
