Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer (Technical) 4 to design and
deliver training programs for non-technical personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and delivers training programs, including tests and visual
aids
Confers with management and employees to identify training needs
and develop instructional methods
Monitors training costs and prepares budget reports to justify
expenditures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of training experience or
equivalent experience
Active Secret clearance with the ability to maintain DEA
Suitability
Experience in developing and administering non-technical training
programs
Knowledge of learning theory and training development research
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and oversee contractors
or vendors
