The Hospital Critical Care Pharmacist PGY1 will report directly to the Pharmacy Manager. You'll work closely with Physicians, Critical Care Nurses, and other Healthcare professionals, contributing to patient care and clinical decision-making in the ICU. You will also have the full support of Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and other staff as you lead initiatives to enhance medication safety, optimize pharmacotherapy, and improve patient outcomes.
The Hospital PGY1 Critical Care Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing medication therapy management for critically ill patients, ensuring optimal drug regimens and adherence to safety protocols. You'll actively participate in multidisciplinary team rounds, offering real-time pharmacotherapy recommendations to enhance patient care. In addition to managing Critical Care protocols and drug safety. PGY 2 in Critical Care/Emergency preferred and will be offered quick interview opportunities.
