Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) program, the
Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and
interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. This capability
supports production, redesign, and sustainment requirements for the
life of a weapon system. SRI's Microcircuit Emulation Center is a
government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. This role will be
based 100% on site at our Princeton, NJ facility.

methods to perform accurate and efficient characterization and
Mil-Spec electrical screening of Analog microcircuits (i.e.
amplifiers, linear/LDO voltage regulators, PLLs, DAC, ADC,
etc).
- Develop specialized test approaches and programs to resolve
problems, particularly in the areas of automated testing of Analog
devices and high speed signal measurements (i.e. instrumentation,
fixturing issues, etc).
- Responsible for maintaining and improving existing methods for
the testing and measurement of microcircuits using ATE and related
equipment; interact directly with the technical staff of test
equipment suppliers to address and resolve equipment or software
related issues that may arise.
- Interact directly with the end-users or responsible program
managers to review testing results and address test related
issues.

characteristics using both manual/bench instrumentation and
automated, computer-controlled measurement systems (ATE)
- Ability to interpret semiconductor related test documentation
(i.e. military device specifications and standards documentation,
commercial data sheets, application notes, etc) in order to
complete characterization and screening tasks.
- Experience working on both Unix/Linux workstation and PC
(Windows) environments and demonstrate ability in relevant
programming languages (i.e. C, C++, LabView, etc)
