Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Flemington, New Jersey, with a well-known industry leader.

This is a first shift position.

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:

Provide engineering to the assigned areas of the manufacturing plant - establishes a network of resources and contacts to meet business goals and customer needs.
Contributes in projects and programs to improve safety, environmental performance, quality, productivity, and overall operational efficiency of the equipment often using Lean Principles and Six Sigma Tools.
Efficiently troubleshoot defects and variation, performing root cause analysis and applying systemic problem-solving skills and robust solutions
Proactively communicates at all levels of the organization to drive direction and positive change

Estimated Duration up to 36- months.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline)
Medical Device (preferred)
Root Cause Analysis

Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
